We are audited by the American Institute of Baking (AIB), which ensures that our processes and employees are committed to the highest levels of food safety and quality.All employees are trained and held accountable to the standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
We have our own manufacturing facility, allowing complete accountability for and control over product quality.
We use only high quality raw materials. We contract for a specified level of quality and do not hesitate to reject product not meeting our quality standards.
